I love competitions. The adrenaline is flowing as one person goes up against another, a country versus another country. Once your team begins to come in the lead, you are instantly filled with pride. This is what the Olympics does to me. I can’t tell you how happy I am when Team U.S.A pulls ahead of the pack. With these 20 books about the Olympics, you can get your children excited about the Olympics and you can educate them as to what this event really is…
My favorite sport during the Winter Olympics is the figure skating. The skaters move across the ice so calmly, until they jump and then you catch your breath, waiting to see if they land solidly. During the summer Olympics, Volleyball is my favorite sport, oh, and diving.
